Our pricing is based on what kind of event you are hosting, the day of the week and time frame.  Below is a guide to pricing.  Effective January 1, 2017 all outside decorators will incur a fee of $100.


Sunday - Friday 

GrandRoom  -  Capacity 200  - $150 per hour - includes tables and chairs ( 2 hour minimum) add $300 per 50 people for decorating package (chair covers, table cloths, centerpieces,   specialty cloths, props

Event Room Capacity 70 - $100 per hour


You will pay for all hours needed: (Set-Up, Break-Down, Caterer Drop Off, Decorator, etc)


Saturday

GrandRoom - for Adult parties capacity 200

$200 per hour - includes tables and chairs ( 4 hour minimum) add $300 per 50 people for decorating package (chair covers, table cloths, centerpieces,  specialty cloths, props)

Event Room - capacity 70

$150 per hour  includes tables and chairs ( 2 hour minimum) add $250 per 50 people for decorating package


You will pay for all hours needed: (Set-Up, Break-Down, Caterer Drop Off, Decorator, etc)


Teenage Parties - $2000  includes  licensed -bonded security officers, table chairs, chairs and themed d├ęcor for your event


Repast - $100 per hour any day/ any room


All hours are counted (Please factor in your set-up and clean-up time into your price).

Teen Events -$2000 - 7pm - midnight

No alcohol can be sold.


This is not a BYOB establishment.  You must have a TABC licensed bartender to serve your alcohol and a copy of their license and a $100 insurance fee must be submitted at least 7 days before your event.  If you do not have a licensed bartender, you may elect to use the venue's bartender at $150.00.


Catering - You may use the caterer of your choice.  There is a $100.00 catering fee if you do not use the venue's caterer.



Our venue hosts multiple events if you would like exclusivity for your event please contact us for pricing.

Showers

Let us host your next shower we can handle everything from start to finish. (on or off-site)
