Our pricing is based on what kind of event you are hosting, the day of the week and time frame. Below is a guide to pricing. 

Grand Room - Up to 100 guest  - $200 per hour - includes tables and chairs ( 2 hour minimum) add $200 per 50 people for decorating package (chair covers, table cloths, centerpieces, specialty cloths, props

Up to 200 guests - $250 per hour ( 2 hour minimum) add $200 per 50 people for decorating package

Cozy Corner  Capacity 50 - $150 per hour

You will pay for all hours needed: 

(Set-Up, Break-Down, Caterer Drop Off, Decorator, etc 

Wine Bar - $150 per hour

Includes wine tasting as guests are arriving for the event

Complimentary Wine Tasting

If you would like a Complimentary Wine Tasting station set-up in your room, please let us know. This is a perfect addition as your guests are arriving to eliminate the lull time and gives them something to do.  It is no cost to them or you. If they choose to purchase a bottle of wine, a portion of the sales goes to the national charity listed on the bottle and a portion goes to a local charity "It's a Wrap to Cancer" which provides free wigs and headwraps to any cancer survivor going through chemotherapy. If you would like this added - just indicate it on the booking form.

Off- Site Wine Tasting Events Available

No alcohol can be sold.

This is not a BYOB establishment. You must have a TABC licensed bartender to serve your alcohol and a copy of their license and a $100 insurance fee must be submitted at least 7 days before your event.

If you do not have a licensed bartender, you may elect to use the venue's bartender at $150.00.

Catering - You may use the caterer of your choice. 

Our venue hosts multiple events if you would like exclusivity for your event please contact us for pricing.
