We will host a monthly Community Yard Sale. The first one is Saturday, May 23, 2015 from 7:00am - 1:00pm. Rent a booth Space for $40 and sell your items in our in-door facility. There will be a "Live Auction" from our licensed auctioneer for those items that you know will generate more than yard sale prices, but you no longer have a use for, i.e. (prom dresses, furniture, jewelry, etc- a 20% buyers premium will apply to all auctioned items)

If are interested in renting a booth , please complete the form below and pay your $4o per booth rental. we encourage you to take pictures of some of your items and promote them on our face-book page and your face book page. We are marketing heavy for these events. What are you waiting for clear out those closets.? Location spots will be available on a first come -first served basis.
